1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our app or website. Simply browse our menu, add your favourite items to the cart, and follow the checkout process.

2. Do you offer delivery?

3. Can I customise a cake or dessert?

Absolutely! Use the “Custom Order” section in the app or website to tell us what you need. Our team will get back to you to confirm details and pricing.

4. What ingredients do you use?

All our products are gluten-free, and most are dairy-free and vegan. We use clean, wholesome ingredients without refined sugars or artificial additives. For more info, check the product descriptions or go to our Q & A page for more details.

5. Where is my order?

Once you place an order, you can track it in real time through the app. We’ll also send you status updates via push notifications or email.

What payment methods do you accept?

All our orders are pre-paid using the following payment methods:

Bank cards, PayPal and Bank transfers.
 
How long do your cakes last?
Our cakes can last up to 5 days if they are stored at room temperature in a cool place. Once cut the cake should be kept airtight to retain the freshness. Our raw fruit and nut cakes should last at least three months and kept in a freezer. Do not put any of our cakes in the fridge, as this will affect the quality. It is possible to freeze leftover cake, however, please be aware that the icing will be impaired.
