Compared to the white artisan loaf this dark sourdough artisan bread is teacher in flavors thanks to the addition of flours.

Ingredients: brown rice flour, tapioca, millet flour, sorghum flour, teff flour, psyllium husk, caster sugar,  dried active yeast,  apple cider vinegar 

keep 3-4 days in a dark and cool place in an airtight container.
