Delivery Terms & Conditions
Cake Orders
At Rawsome Patisserie, every cake is handcrafted with care and attention to detail based on the wording, images, and descriptions provided at the time of ordering. Any design elements not specifically requested will be completed at the designer’s discretion to ensure a beautiful final presentation.
Some cakes—particularly multi-tiered and wedding cakes—require internal structural supports to ensure stability during transportation and display. These may include food-safe toothpicks, metal wires, and wooden or plastic rods and plates. These items are clearly visible and safe for food use but must be removed before serving. Please ensure all structural supports are carefully removed during cake cutting to avoid any potential choking hazards.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full in advance via card payment in our shop or direct payment link.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. If payment is not completed in advance, the order will not be processed or reserved.
For cancellations, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the full order amount, as production will already be underway.
For pickup orders, we kindly ask customers to inspect their cake at the time of collection to ensure it is received in perfect condition. Once the cake has been handed over, Rawsome Patisserie cannot be responsible for any damage caused by improper transportation or handling.
Delivery
We offer delivery across the UAE, seven days a week, with delivery slots available between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Most orders can be prepared and delivered within two days from the date the order is placed, depending on availability and order complexity.
To ensure availability, we recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed as if they were placed on the next business day and delivered accordingly.
Production timelines:
• Custom birthday and celebration cakes: minimum 3 working days
• Wedding cakes: 7–10 days
If you require delivery on a specific date or within a specific time window, please indicate this during checkout on our website or notify us via WhatsApp when placing your order. Please note, these deliveries will be made at an additional price. Otherwise, we recommend ordering your delivery for the day earlier than your actual event.
Same-day and next-day orders may be accommodated subject to availability.

To avoid any last-minute stress for your celebration, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery one day prior to your event if the cake is required at a specific time.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure that you or a designated person is available to receive the cake during the selected delivery window.
If no one is available and the customer requests that the cake be left unattended (for example, outside the door or with building security), Rawsome Patisserie cannot be held responsible for any damage, melting, or deterioration of the cake after delivery.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on location:
• Dubai: AED 35 – AED 55 (depending on delivery zone)
• Other Emirates: AED 60
Orders above AED 250 within Dubai qualify for complimentary delivery.
Transportation
All cakes are transported in temperature-controlled (chilled) vehicles to ensure freshness, stability, and the highest quality upon arrival.
