In the rare and unfortunate case, you are not satisfied with your order, 
you can contact us at hello@rawsomepatisserie.com and we will be happy to look at your concern.  If your complaint is accepted, we’ll send you a discounted voucher for your next purchase with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
