These gluten-free carrot cake cupcakes are beautifully moist and flavorful thanks to the grated carrots and cheese cream frosting.  

Ingredients: gf flour, carrots, cream cheese, brown sugar, Greek yoghurt, double cream, eggs, chia, butter, baking powder, xanthan gum.
