This dark artisan gluten-free loaf is rich in flavor and has a dark crunchy crust and a chewy open crumb.It says moist for days- although whether it will actually last that long without being eaten  is shorter story. 

Storage: 3-4 days in a closed container in a cool and dry place. It’s best to toast the bread on day 3 or 4.
